Islam: This is Our Faith

This beautifully illustrated photographic book helps children discover the faith of Islam and the ways Muslims show their love for Allah (God). Young readers will learn about the Muslim holy book, the Qur’an, and see how Muslims worship both in their homes and in a mosque. The book explains the Five Pillars of Islam that help Muslims live good, caring lives and discover all about Hajj, the Muslim pilgrimage to Makkah (Mecca). Readers will also join children and their families around the world as they fast, pray and read the Qur’an during the holy month of Ramadan and mark the end of Ramadan with joyful Eid ul-Fitr celebrations.
